Mr. Kelley was most recently Vice President of Operations at Allylix, a renewable chemicals company that develops products for the flavor and fragrance, food ingredient, pharmaceutical, agricultural and biofuel markets. Before Allylix, he served as COO of AgriProteus LLC, a biotechnology start-up. Previously, Mr. Kelley was Vice President of Manufacturing at Iogen Corporation where he was instrumental in streamlining operations for their enzyme and cellulosic ethanol demonstration plants. Prior to Iogen, Mr. Kelley served in successive roles over 11 years ultimately becoming Vice President of Manufacturing at Martek Biosciences Corporation, a leading innovator in the development of nutritional products that promote health and wellness.
Mr. Kelley built the foundation of his career at Bayer Corporation in a variety of leadership roles spanning engineering, maintenance and plant management in both domestic and international roles.
Mr. Kelley earned his MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
