ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Nevins as Chief Financial Officer at Transfr, a workplace training platform powered by virtual reality company sponsored by ABS Capital Partners and Lumos Capital Group. Amanda brings over 20 years of strategic finance, accounting and business leadership experience with her to Transfr.
Amanda joins Transfr from Curinos, a global data intelligence business serving global financial institutions, where she served as CFO. Amanda worked with her leadership team there to combine two mid-sized companies and multiple brands under a new umbrella company with a consistent long term growth strategy, vision, reporting and analytics. Prior to Curinos, Amanda was CFO of All Web Leads, an insurtech distribution company, which grew over 100% in a year during her tenure. Amanda previously served as CFO of Alert Logic where she led a cost savings initiative to successfully reduce operating expenses and improve margins. Amanda’s impressive career was developed in transformational and growth roles including CFO, COO and CEO of FATHOM, CFO of CSID, U.S. CFO of Rackspace Managed Hosting, CAO/VP Finance of Zappos.com, and Director of Accounting of The Pep Boys.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
