ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean P. Ryan as Senior Vice President of Sales of the School Education Group at McGraw-Hill Education. Sean brings over 15 years of sales, strategy, business development and leadership experience in the education industry to McGraw-Hill Education.
Mr. Ryan joins McGraw-Hill Education from Campus Management Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and led the PMO for their new platform development initiative. Before joining Campus Management, Mr. Ryan was with Scantron Corporation in a succession of sales and business development leadership roles culminating as General Manager of the Education Group. Prior to that, Mr. Ryan worked for The Princeton Review of Japan in Tokyo as Vice President, Business Development and Strategy. Mr. Ryan began his career in the US Air Force as a U.S. military intelligence officer, serving both in the U.S. and abroad rising to the rank of Captain.
Mr. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Soviet Studies and Russian from the United States Air Force Academy. He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
