ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Finney as Chief Executive Officer to Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning, a Riverside Company sponsored Plumbing and HVAC company. Joe brings over 35 years of experience growing services businesses with him to Radiant.
Most recently, Joe was President of the Mainstreet Insurance Group at Baldwin Risk Partners where he implemented operational best practices to position the company for growth and established the organization’s strategic and operational direction. Prior to BRP, Joe was an Operating Partner with Concentric Equity Partners where he also served as CEO of Environment Pest Services, LLC, growing the business ten-fold. In his career, Joe has held roles including President of Sears Automotive Group, CEO and President of Tire Centers Divisions for Michelin North America, and 16 years as an Executive at ServiceMaster where he was SVP at ARS, DVP at TruGreen, and Managing Director of Terminix Europe.
Joe earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University and completed the ServiceMaster Graduate MBA Program.
