ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Russell as Chief Financial Officer at Payspan, a provider of secure electronic payment solutions to health care payers, providers, members and banks. Steven has over 25 years of experience as a CFO, and has been successful with reengineering, liquidity events and turnarounds throughout his career.

Steven was most recently CFO of D4C Dental Brands where he was responsible for managing overall finance and back-office functions for the growing $75M specialty healthcare services business. Prior to D4C Dental Brands, Steven was CFO and Chief Performance Officer of RevenueMed, a global healthcare revenue-cycle management BPO business. At RevenueMed, Steven expanded domestic and international operations providing scale for the company to grow and double in size. Steven was previously CFO of companies including PSA Healthcare, Pathfire, Logisticare and FDN Communications. Earlier in his career, he spent time internationally as International Treasurer followed by Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Lucent Technologies.

Steven enjoyed six years with the U.S. Army and is fluent in German. He earned his B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
