ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Tali Rabin as Chief Human Resources Officer at Opera Solutions. Ms. Rabin brings over 20 years of Human Resources expertise with her to the Opera leadership team.
Prior to joining Opera, Ms. Rabin spent four years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at 3i-MIND where she developed the company’s global growth strategies and directed organizational initiatives to align with business plans. Before she joined 3i-MIND, Ms. Rabin was Vice President, Human Resources Americas at NICE Systems Inc., a $1B publicly-traded company specializing in telephone voice recording, data security and surveillance. During her tenure at NICE, she partnered with the CEO and top leaders to develop and implement fresh strategies to grow the region from 40% to 60% of the corporation’s revenue.
Previously, Ms. Rabin was Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Spacenet, Inc., a publicly traded communications solutions provider, where she partnered with the business leaders to turnaround the company, create new strategies, build new capabilities, and align the HR function to support the transformation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rabin worked in Israel as Vice President, Human Resources at both Nortel Networks and Sapiens, publicly traded companies.
Ms. Rabin attended Tel Aviv, College of Management and Tel Aviv University. She served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and is fluent in Hebrew.
