ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Kueh as Vice President Mobile & Carrier Solutions to Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR), the trusted provider of real-time, cloud-based information services and analytics enabling marketing and IT security professionals to promote and protect their businesses.  A mobile technology veteran, Mr. Kueh has 20 years of product innovation and leadership.

Mr. Kueh joined Neustar from SAP America, where he most recently was Global Vice President of Solutions & Product Management leading strategy, product management and go-to-market for SAP’s global mobile platform and mobile security products.  Mr. Kueh first joined SAP via their acquisition of Sybase, where he had served as Head of Platform Product Management for Mobile.  Mr. Kueh previously held product development and management leadership roles at Antenna Software, Qualcomm, Palm Inc. and Microsoft after co-founding CIN Internet.

Mr. Kueh serves as an advisor to a number of mobility and technology start-ups.  He earned his Executive MBA from Duke University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
