As a seasoned financial executive, Chris brings two decades of M&A and corporate development expertise with him to INTTRA.
Prior to joining INTTRA, Chris had been active as a strategic adviser to clients in the transportation and logistics industry on their corporate development and M&A activities. Previously, Chris served as Global Vice President of Corporate Development for UTi Worldwide, where he had global responsibility for all corporate development activities. Earlier in his career, Chris worked with renowned companies including Ryder System Inc., Experian, and Deloitte providing M&A, Strategic Finance and Corporate Development leadership.
Chris earned his J.D. and M.B.A. at UCLA and his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
