ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Paul as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vocus. Ms. Paul draws upon more than 18 years of experience in a variety of roles to inform and enhance the human capital function at Vocus. She is responsible for overseeing all areas of human capital, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, compensation, benefits and facilities.
Ms. Paul joins Vocus from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she began her career as a CPA in the assurance practice culminating to Managing Director of Human Capital leading talent acquisition. Previous Human Resource leadership roles at PwC included overseeing human resource operations for the firm’s internal strategic services and leading human resources in PwC’s Carolinas and Washington, D.C. metro markets.
Ms. Paul developed award-winning recruitment programs to hire over 12,000 people a year and helped the company win a nationally recognized Great Place to Work accolade. A frequent speaker and subject matter expert on talent, human resource management and career related topics, Ms. Paul has been featured in numerous national publications, such as ABC News, FORTUNE, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, US News & World Report and CNNMoney.com.
Ms. Paul is a graduate of Lafayette College with a BA in Anthropology and a concentration in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management.
