Derek gained foundational customer loyalty expertise in roles of increasing responsibility at Zappos during a period of rapid growth for the company and as the business was developing a reputation for excellence in customer experience.
Derek earned his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he spent all 4 years on the Dean’s list.
