Doug is culturally adept, possesses a superb record for building SaaS technologies and growing businesses including new product launches, creating partnerships and leading strategic M&A. He’s an exceptional team builder who’s led transformative growth leadership teams in Europe, Asia, LatAm and the US. Doug’s network, ability to cultivate relationships and successfully drive business transformations will be critical for supporting our client’s evolution to Industry 4.0. His previous leadership roles include PE sponsor and public company experience at CEO Warrior (PE), Aquent (VC), Ascend Learning (PE), LexisNexis (NYSE) and RealNetworks (NASD – now Private). He’s also Launched two startups, raised funding internally and externally from Private Equity, strategic sources and public companies. Doug has scaled fast growth enterprises from $10M to $500M while building product, marketing, sales teams.
