Chad brings over 20 years of education technology and services industry leadership experience to Demco.
Chad most recently served as vice president of North American sales strategy and business development for Renaissance Learning, a global cloud-based pre-K-12 education technology and adaptive assessments company. Over his last 22 years at Renaissance, Chad steadily progressed through product management, client services, business development, sales and sales strategy leadership roles, and helped lead strategic business transformations, organic growth, and acquisitions for the company. Chad repeatedly earned recognition as a President’s Club member and MVP of the sales organization.
Chad earned his BA Economics and Teacher Certification, Summa Cum Laude, from Beloit College. An active member of his community, he serves as Vice President of the Portage Community School District School Board and Vice President of the Portage Youth Softball Board of Directors.
