On March 22nd, Altran announced the completion of its acquisition of Aricent Technologies, creating the undisputed global leader in engineering and research & development services. As part of their Leadership Advisory Services (LAS), ChampionScott Partners (CSP) is honored to have assisted Aricent with its talent acquisition initiatives to support their transformation and growth objectives. Aricent, private equity sponsored by KKR until being acquired by Altran, retained CSP to help build its leadership team and sales organization globally in strategic growth markets.
Over the last 2 ½ years, CSP recruited 30 senior leaders for Aricent. Leveraging CSP’s LAS client engagement model, Frank Kern, Aricent CEO, and his senior leadership team partnered with CSP to appoint two Presidents and expand their sales and strategic account teams across Aricent’s three primary business units. CSP recruited Client Partners for Aricent’s key clients and industry segments as well as Client Leaders, Client Executives and Technology Sales Executives. Additionally, CSP worked closely with Aricent’s business unit Presidents for the appointment of specific roles in Europe, India, and North America in engineering, service lines and human resources. CSP also supported frog, a global design and strategy firm integral to Aricent’s offerings.
