ChampionScott Partners is delighted to announce Jennifer Sides’ appointment as Chief Legal Officer to CreditXpert, a mortgage credit simulation platform that helps lenders expand homeownership opportunities. Ms. Sides brings over 20 years of experience in providing legal and financial strategy, management, and execution in multiple industries including real estate and mortgage technology, private equity, and more.
Ms. Sides joins CreditXpert from B2 Equity Holdings, where she served as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. In addition to her role at B2 Equity Holdings, she led Pipeline ROI (a portfolio company of B2) as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. Prior, Ms. Sides directed all legal and business matters, and created and executed company strategy as EVP & General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer at a la mode; ultimately leading to the successful exit to CoreLogic. Ms. Sides began her career as co-owner and co-founder of S&S Telecommunications before moving on to working with NMHC and McKee Nelson, LLP as an attorney.
Ms. Sides earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida and her Master’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, Ms. Sides received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
