Nerissa and Marianne bring a breadth of fintech and financial services industry expertise as senior leaders and impactful executives to CreditXpert.
Nerissa Naidu, Founder and CEO of āxil, a smart wallet for small business, has spent the past several years as an independent board member for multiple tech-enabled companies including Fennech, Portabl, FairHire, Tilson, and YuGrow. Throughout her time as an independent board member, Nerissa has advised in product innovation, growth strategies, revenue planning, early stage funding, and client uptake strategies. Previously, Nerissa enjoyed a seven-year tenure at AIG where she took on many different leadership roles, most recently Global Head of Strategy and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to AIG, Nerissa served as a management consultant at Accenture, leading to sales contributions of more than $20M during her time with the company. Her current role earned her spot as one of the top three female FinTechs by Deutsche Bank, Google and Atos for 2020.
Nerissa earned her Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Durban University of Technology, and her Executive Master of Business Education from New York University. Nerissa’s impressive community involvement spans Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and global mentorship programs.
Marianne Sullivan, as Founder, Chief Strategy Consultant & Board Director of OptimX Advisors, Inc., a leading strategic consulting group for FinTech companies, has worked with several companies to grow revenue, improve performance, automate and optimize business practices and achieve economies of scale. Prior to founding OptimX, she spent 25 successful years with Fannie Mae serving in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently, SVP, Single-family Strategic Initiatives & Business Capabilities. Marianne previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick and Students of Georgetown, Inc.
Marianne received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She sits on the board of MERSCORP; Finicity; PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, Ardley and Sagent Technologies.
