Ms. Brennan joins VeriSign from the Bank of Ireland where she served as the Head of Group Human Resources, based in Dublin. The Bank of Ireland has 16,000 employees in Ireland, the UK and USA. As Head of Group Human Resources, Ms. Brennan was responsible for all of Human Resources specifically, Leadership and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Change Management, Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Effectiveness.

Prior to joining the Bank of Ireland, Ms. Brennan was the HR Director for Barclays PLC’s Global Retail and Commercial Banking (GRCB) business, based in London. In support of Barclays global expansion, Ms. Brennan led all aspects of People Strategy and Execution. Previous to Barclays, she was Vice President, Human Resources for AT&T, Business and was responsible for developing and implementing strategy and plans in support of AT&T’s business transformation and growth globally.

Ms. Brennan also held HR leadership positions at Computer Sciences Corporation and British Telecom with extensive experience building and driving change in global, high growth, technology-based and technical services enterprises. She has extensive international experience having operated, negotiated and traveled throughout Europe, UK, Asia and the Middle East and Africa.

Ms. Brennan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
