The Council focuses on 5 key areas, each impacting to fulfill the goal of enhancing the region’s clean energy economy. These points are:

• Innovation – Develop and execute programs
• Growth – Seek to launch activities which enable established clean energy companies to grow more rapidly and expand
• Analysis & Education – Promote clean energy education to fill knowledge gaps and develop a world-class workforce
• Market Adoption – Advance programs which encourage adoption of new energy technologies and efficiency solutions by commercial and residential end-users
• Policy – Develop and advance a slate of policy recommendations designed to create a strong environment within the State and Region for the development of a robust clean energy economy
