Most recently, Greg was Head of Global Recruiting & Talent Acquisition at TTEC (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest, global CX (customer experience) technology and services innovators for end-to-end, digital CX solutions. Prior to TTEC, Greg was Head of Global Executive Recruiting & Talent Acquisition at GENPACT (NYSE: G) where he scaled the team, built and ran executive recruiting operations globally. Greg began his recruiting journey with CTPartners in 2005 and subsequently worked in-house as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Greg earned his BSBA from Kent State University and his MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
