ChampionScott Partners recruits Ms. Beverly Dabreau as Vice President, Customer Service at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Ms. Dabreau brings an extensive career as a Senior Executive in Customer Care Operations to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH).

Ms. Dabreau joins HMH from Luxottica where she was Vice President, Customer Experience. At Luxottica, she led the company wide implementation of SAP and managed partnerships with the sales, marketing, distribution and IT teams, to deliver customer focus on all internal and external initiatives.

Prior to joining Luxottica, Ms. Dabreau was Vice President Customer Care and Contact Center Operations at Barnes & Noble from 2001 – 2009. She was responsible for global contact center operations in multi-channel sales and order fulfillment of consumer and business to business accounts. As a member of the Executive Steering Committee, Ms. Dabreau participated in the design and definition of the customer service strategy, website development and marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dabreau held leadership positions at Convergys, Prudential Financial Services and American Express.

Ms. Dabreau earned BS in Computer Science from Monmouth University and her Masters Certificate in Business Administration from the AT&T School of Business.

Ms. Dabreau will be located at HMH’s operations in Orlando, Florida.
