Washington, D.C. – ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Barrie Arnold as Chief Commercial Officer to PayByPhone, a recognized leader of payment solutions for the parking industry in more than 180 cities in North America and Europe. Mr. Arnold is responsible for all revenue generation and service delivery in PayByPhone’s North American operation.

Mr. Arnold joins PayByPhone from Striata Inc, where he worked as Senior Vice President of Sales since February 2004.  Striata is a technology business specializing in the secure delivery and payment of bills and other confidential documents, via email and mobile messaging.  Mr. Arnold was instrumental in Striata’s success in North America and has been known as a thought leader in the industry.  Prior to Striata, Mr. Arnold was Head of Business Development for Keen.com, preceded by Business Development Manager of Questico, both based in London.  He began his career in South Africa as Sales Manager of Parallel Media Group.

Mr. Arnold earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where he also earned his post graduate degree in Marketing Management.  Mr. Arnold also sits on the board of Starfish Greathearts Foundation in New York.
