Michelle spent 20 years at Kaplan Test Prep where she grew from Center Manager supervising a staff of 20, to Executive Director, National Operations of their $80M Kaplan Health division. At Kaplan Health Michelle led day-to-day operations for B2C and B2B service delivery teams to support rapidly expanding business with more than 20% annual revenue growth.
