ChampionScott Partners is delighted to announce Kim Epley’s appointment as Chief Commercial Officer at Accelecom, a state-of-the-art fiber optic network delivering fast and reliable data services and internet access across the Southeast. Kim brings over 20 years of leadership excellence with her to Accelecom with expertise in operational management, sales and marketing she enjoys helping organizations drive revenue and sales growth.
Kim joins Accelecom from Hargray Communications, a regional provider of telecommunication services in South Carolina and Georgia, where she served as Strategic Vice President/General Manager. At Hargray, Kim led P&L, sales, service delivery, and field, technical and customer operations for their core services. Prior to Hargray Communications, Kim was the Vice President, Strategic Client Group at Comcast, where she created and led Comcast’s first-ever sales organization for driving expansion into Fortune 100 and secured deals with high profile F500 accounts valued in the tens of millions of dollars. Kim spent nine years at Verizon Enterprise Solutions enjoying roles with increasing responsibility and previously five years at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer Technology from Murray State University. Kim is a member of the advisory board of the Lawrence Hall of Science within the University of California, Berkeley.
