Tony will leverage his proven track record of increasing profits, building teams, sales, strategy to continue to drive Abracon’s growth in the marketplace.
Most recently, Tony was President, Americas at Avnet Electronics, a leading global electronic components distributor and technology solutions provider. In that position, Tony drove a complete financial turnaround of the business that is now delivering at record income & profit levels since his arrival nearly 4 years ago. Prior to Avnet, Tony was in various leadership positions at Motorola Semiconductor and onsemi for 25 years. Tony builds disciplined, high performance, highly motivated/energized teams that deliver market-outperforming results.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California State University, Northridge and is a Harvard Business School General Management Program graduate. He’s an ECIA board and distribution council member and EDS board member as well as a Grand Canyon University president’s CSET advisory council board member. Tony is relocating to Austin, TX from Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two sons.
