Grace brings to Abracon extensive global leadership expertise, strong business partnership expertise as well as a track record of leading finance organizations for PE sponsored growth companies.

Grace joins Abracon from Direct Commerce Group, a third- party reseller and direct to consumer fulfillment service provider where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior, Grace was CFO at Rand McNally, a leader in the telematics and consumer electronics industry, where she was a strategic business partner to the CEO leading to a successful exit in 2020. Grace also worked with IDEX Corporation, Intuit and William Wrigley Jr. Company after beginning her career at Ernst and Young as a Senior Associate.

Grace earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
