ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Kenny as Vice President, Global Product Development at Viewpoint, a leading provider of innovative software solutions and services to the global construction industry.  Viewpoint’s investors have included Updata Partners and TA Associates, and most recently, Bain Capital.  In April 2014 Bain made a major growth equity investment in the business designed to extend Viewpoint’s product and service offerings, as well as customers served in the global construction market.

Mr. Kenny joins Viewpoint from WebTrends, a leader in digital analytics and marketing optimization enterprise solutions.  During Mr. Kenny’s nine year tenure at WebTrends, he served in a number of technology leadership roles, most recently as CTO & EVP of Products.  Prior to joining WebTrends, Mr. Kenny was VP, Engineering & Hosted Services at Infopia, a SaaS eCommerce solutions provider for small and midsized businesses. Throughout his career, Mr. Kenny consistently progressed in senior leadership roles within companies including Vancouver, BC based Pivotal Corporation (acquired by CDC Software) and Simba Technologies.

Mr. Kenny earned his Diploma of Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has completed Management courses at Stanford Business School and Simon Fraser University.
