ChampionScott Partners places Michaela Oliver as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Rosetta Stone. Ms. Oliver brings to Rosetta Stone over 16 years experience in integrating human resources with business strategy and leading organizational change.

Ms. Oliver joins Rosetta Stone from AOL where she was SVP Human Resources – Global HR Design & Solutions Center. Her staff of 50 human resource professionals served an internal client base of 7,500 employees in the AOL international system. As SVP Human Resources, she was responsible for leading AOL’s Total Rewards program; Talent Management; Organizational Effectiveness; Workforce Analytics; Payroll and Operations; Human Resource Technologies; Recruitment; and Training and Development.

Prior to joining AOL in 2000, Ms. Oliver held various domestic and international human resource leadership positions at ExxonMobil; including a period of time in Kazakhstan. During her 7-year tenure, Ms. Oliver managed employee policies, benefits and labor agreements before, during and after the ExxonMobil merger.

Ms. Oliver earned her Master’s of Labor and Industrial Relations degree from Michigan State University and her Bachelors in Psychology and Organizational Behavior from University of Michigan.
