Located at the NetJets European Operations Centre in Lisbon, Portugal, Genny is responsible for all NetJets Customer Services, Customer Relations and Owner Services in EMEA. She manages a team of over 100 customer service professionals throughout EMEA supporting over 1,500 NetJets customers (Owners and Cardholders).

Prior to joining NetJets, Genny was Senior Director Global Customer Services at eBay in Salt Lake City and earlier held the same position for eBay North America. Previously, she was Senior Director European Customer Services located in Dublin, Ireland. Before joining eBay, Genny was Director Global Market Places Operational Excellence for the Suez Group Nalco located in Leiden, The Netherlands. A French national and a six sigma black belt, Genny also speaks French, German and Russian.
