ChampionScott Partners has placed accomplished executive, Phil Livingston, as Chief Financial Officer at TouchTunes (http://www.touchtunes.com). Phil Livingston has served as CFO for a variety for companies including Catalina Marketing Corporation and Celestial Seasonings, Inc. He also served as CFO of World Wrestling Entertainment, an integrated media and entertainment company. From 1999 to 2003 he served as President and CEO of Financial Executives International, the preeminent membership association for Chief Financial Officers, Controllers and Treasurers. In that role he was active in the formulation and passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Phil is currently a board member of two public companies: Cott Corporation and QLT Inc. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
