ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Rosenstein as Chief Financial Officer at OutSolve, LLC, an employment compliance services firm with PE-sponsorship by The Riverside Company.  Greg brings over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership, corporate governance and driving business value creation to OutSolve.

Greg joins OutSolve from Quality Energy Services where, as CFO, he enhanced and streamlined financial processes and procedures that positioned the business for recapitalization and instituted fiscal business decisions that generated positive free cash flow despite the headwinds presented by the pandemic.  Greg has been focused on advancing financial strategy and driving sustainable growth in the organizations he has worked for throughout his career. His past roles have included serving as Vice President of Investor Relations at Exterran Corporation, Director of Investor Relations at Parker Drilling Company, and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Corporate Secretary at Superior Energy Services Inc.

Greg holds a B.A. in Journalism from Arizona State University, an M.S. in Communications & Finance from the University of Louisiana, and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans.
