ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Sutherland as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to SourceHOV. Mr. Sutherland is a proven executive with extensive experience driving corporate strategy, building partnerships and growing businesses internationally.
Mr. Sutherland joins SourceHOV from Accenture where he spent 16 years of his career. Most recently, he was Managing Director for Strategy, Business Process Outsourcing Growth Platform, where he was responsible for strategy development, acquisitions, investment planning and thought leadership development for a $2.5 Billion business across 14 focus offerings. Previously, he served in senior strategy roles including: Director for Strategy, Business Process Outsourcing Growth Platform; Corporate Strategist, Outsourcing Growth Platform; and Corporate Strategist, Communications & High Tech Operating Group. Located in both Boston and London, Mr. Sutherland joined Accenture as Senior Strategy Manager, Communications, High Tech & Media Operating Group.
Prior to Accenture, Mr. Sutherland began his career at Olivetti based in the UK, Italy and Canada. He joined as a Product Manager and spent the last two years there as Director of Marketing where he led product marketing and logistics for a subsidiary with $120 Million revenue and $3 Million advertising budget.
Mr. Sutherland received an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau France and a BA in Economics & Political Science with honors from the University of Toronto in Toronto Canada.
