Frank Coyle Placed as the Chief Information Officer of Sonus Networks

December 2005 - ChampionScott Partners has placed Frank Coyle at Sonus Networks, Inc. (www.sonusnet.com) as the company’s new Chief Information Officer. Based in Chelmsford, MA, Sonus is a leading provider of voice infrastructure products for the new public network. Sonus’ proven solutions enable service providers to quickly and effectively deploy an integrated network capable of carrying both voice and data traffic, and to deliver a range of innovative, new services. Sonus was founded in 1997 with the primary goal of building carrier-class network solutions which address the movement of telephony into the next generation.

Mr. Coyle joined Sonus from Helix Technology Corporation where he was Vice President and CIO responsible for all business applications, IT infrastructure, IT technology and networking for the company on a worldwide basis. Prior experience includes Corporate Vice President, Information Technology, Manufacturers’ Services Ltd, Vice President, Information Technology Operations, Allmerica Financial and Vice President, Information Services, Stratus Computer. Mr. Coyle also held various positions with increasing responsibility at Honeywell, Inc. He received his MBA from Northeastern University and his B.S. and M.S. from Boston State College.
