Before joining Oblicore Jack Freker was President of Customer Management Group (CMG) for Convergys Corporation, leading the group within Convergys that provides outsourced, contact center solutions to leading companies worldwide. Prior to his current position, Freker was EVP Operations for CMG. He was responsible for Convergys' Custom Solutions, Teleservices Solutions and the Direct Broadcast Satellite Business Units and oversaw the creation of the company's E-Business Unit. Previously, Freker served as President of Custom Solutions. While in this position, he was responsible for managing more than 8,000 employees in the company's outsourced contact center and help desk operations, which support many of the company's Fortune 500 clients.
