Stephen Weaver Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Plant Health Care

May 2007 - ChampionScott Partners has placed former Xaloy Inc. executive, Stephen Weaver, as Chief Financial Officer at Plant Health Care (http://www.planthealthcare.com). Plant Health Care Group combines the talents and expertise of numerous specialists and several product line companies into a unique multi-product service company. PHC produces a broad-range of biologically based products. Equally important, it provides full-scale technical support services to help customers use its products to their full potential and to successfully adopt the Plant Health Care practices. Stephen Weaver joins Plant Health Care from Xaloy Inc, based in Pennsylvania, where he had been CFO since 2004. Mr. Weaver has extensive senior management experience, with a career spanning corporate finance and industry. Prior to Xaloy Inc, he was CFO and subsequently Senior Vice President and General Manager of Carbride/ Graphite Group Inc. He started his career with PNC Bank, working in International Financial Services and Corporate Finance. His experience in corporate finance and international business will provide useful support to both the executive team and the Board at PHC. Mr. Weaver has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
