Stephen Pace Appointed Vice President Worldwide Sales of GeoTrust

May 2005 - ChampionScott Partners has placed Stephen Pace at GeoTrust (www.geotrust.com) as the company’s new Vice President Worldwide Sales. Based in Needham, Massachusetts, GeoTrust is an early stage company backed by Castile Ventures, Prism Ventures, and Vesbridge Partners. Mr. Pace joined NaviSite when it acquired Surebridge in June 2004, where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales, leading Surebridge's sales, marketing and business development functions. Prior to joining Surebridge, Mr. Pace ran North American sales for NetScout Systems, a network infrastructure company and served as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Point Information Systems. Pace has also held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Seagate Software. Additionally, he has successfully demonstrated his software sales strategies as Vice President of Sales at Sterling Software, and at IBM where he rose to become a national account manager for the Information Systems Group.
