Before founding Black Sky Entertainment, Mr. Hoffman was the President and CEO of Priceline.com's E-Commerce Division called Priceline YardSale. Mr. Hoffman built the company from ground up, assuming bottom-line responsibility for all operating areas including product development, sales and marketing, operations, customer service, finance and administration.

Early in his career, Mr. Hoffman founded Competitive Technologies, Inc., a software company specializing in the development of software systems for the travel, tourism and aviation industries. After achieving a year-over-year revenue growth in excess of 600%, the firm was named as Houston's Fastest Growing Technology Company by Inc. Magazine. Competitive Technologies was acquired by American Express in 1991.
