Simon’s global education leadership expertise of over 20 years is unmatched. Most recently, Simon was CEO of Macmillan Education where he led the company’s transition from print to print-technology. Earlier in his career, Simon worked for McGraw-Hill Companies, Pearson Education EMEA and Prentice Hall Europe. Simon earned his BA with honors from Middlesex University School of Business and completed Executive Education programs in Leadership and Strategic Management at the London School of Business.
Cathleen brings 15+ years of financial leadership experience with her to MHE. She joins from private equity sponsored, iCIMS, where she served as Associate Vice President of Finance. Previously, Cathleen was CFO of LexisNexis’ $1B Legal & Professional division where she was business partner to the CEO, North America Research Solutions. Cathleen earned her BA from Hofstra University and MBA from Rider University.
