ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of John Bigay as Chief Marketing Officer at iZotope, makers of award-winning and innovative tools for audio production. John brings over 15 years of marketing leadership and a lifelong passion for music with him to iZotope.

Prior to joining iZotope, John was CMO at Lavastorm Analytics, a leading analytics application where he led the development and execution of the company’s marketing vision and go-to-market strategy. Previously, John served as CMO of Backupify, a backup and recovery provider for cloud applications, where under his marketing leadership the company doubled their revenues and were successfully acquired by Datto. Earlier in his career, Bigay led marketing teams for high-growth technology innovators such as BzzAgent and Captivate Network.

John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Music and Marketing from Georgia State University. He began his career in the music industry, as a touring and studio drummer and in marketing roles for Motown Records, MCA Records, and Universal Music.
