Dave brings 30+ years of business leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industries with him to InsPro.

Dave recently served as CEO of TIAA-CREF Life, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TIAA. Previously, Dave held a successful 27 year career with Thrivent Financial where he served in senior leadership roles including leading front-office operations for insurance and investments, service and sales support operations for the company’s distribution force, and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma across the enterprise.

Dave earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Concordia College and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
