Scott brings 30 years of General Management and leadership expertise in large public and private software and technology companies to Ascend Learning.

Prior to joining Ascend Learning, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Client and Professional Services, Credit Union Solutions at Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a $5 billion global provider of software and transaction related services. Previously, Scott worked for Wolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL) where he ultimately served as VP and GM Corporate Services with P&L responsibility for an $80 million, 200-employee software, content and services business. Prior, Scott grew from a Project Manager to a Managing Director, Strategic Delivery Services over his 12 year tenure at FIS/SunGard, a $5 billion leader in software and technology services. Earlier, Scott worked for the Feldman Investment Group, Inc. progressing through analyst, management and sales leadership roles.

Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Math from Dartmouth College.
