ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy Crusco as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Kony, an industry leader in mobile application development and platforms. Kathy brings with her to Kony over 30 years of experience leading both small and large-scale businesses in the software and technology industries.
Kathy joins Kony from Epicor Software Corp., a global ERP software company serving small to mid-sized companies. During her 10 years at Epicor, Kathy was Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer leading a team of roughly 1,500 and responsible for $500M of revenue from the automotive aftermarket segment, cloud services businesses, global customer support and hardware operations, as well as the global functions of IT, HR , M&A, Logistics, Procurement, Order Management, Facilities, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance and Accounting. In the past, Kathy served as CFO of Activant, VP, Finance of Polycom, VP, Finance & Accounting of Documentum and Director of Finance of Adaptec (now Microsemi). Kathy began her career with 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kathy holds a BS in business with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Chico. Kathy sits on the board of Calix and is the Audit Committee Chair at Mitchell International.
